When utilizing different cannabinoids for potentially helping with sleep, we recommend taking your dose around an hour before bed!


A 25mg dose of CBD or higher, seems to be the most effective amongst our customer base. Also, the smokables that we recommend in this collection contain a high amount of CBG, which is a cannabinoid known for its sedative qualities.   CBD and CBG are not psychoactive and will not cause any sort of "high"


Our Delta-8 & Delta-9 products can be great for insomnia, just know they are psychoactive. If you are new/a beginner to THC, we recommend starting with our low doses and working your way up!
