So now you are wondering how this is legal. The answer is simple; according to the 2018 Farm Bill, CBD products are legally allowed to contain 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight. Our Delta-9 THC lollipops are bigger than most (weighing over 15 grams each). We use the dry weight of the lollipop to be able to deliver 30mg of legal, hemp-derived Delta 9 THC and 30mg of CBD per pop.
Due to the fact that these contain D9 THC, we urge our customers to use the “low and slow” method when consuming these lollipops! Especially if you’re not experienced with THC.
