💸 Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable nature of hemp-derived products and regulatory restrictions, all sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We stand behind the quality of everything we make, and your satisfaction means a lot to us — so if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@moonflowerhemp.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement for the damaged or incorrect item

  • A store credit for the full value of the item

  • A refund back to your original payment method (in select cases)

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Moon Flower is not responsible for packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is missing but shows as delivered, please contact the carrier directly.
We’ll do our best to assist if possible, but replacements cannot be guaranteed for lost or stolen packages.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact support@moonflowerhemp.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
