1. Order Processing

All Moon Flower orders are processed and shipped from West Virginia. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Orders over $75 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

3. Age Verification

Because Moon Flower offers hemp-derived THC and CBD products, all customers must meet the minimum legal age requirement in their state (21+ for THC, 18+ for CBD). Age verification may be required upon checkout or delivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We comply fully with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill and all applicable state laws. However, due to ongoing changes in hemp regulations, certain products may not be available for shipment to specific states.
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to regional restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected items.

Moon Flower is not responsible for delays, seizures, or returns due to local laws or incorrect addresses.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after your order leaves our facility.

If you don’t see updates after 3 business days, contact support@moonflowerhemp.com and we’ll help track it down.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Moon Flower is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please email support@moonflowerhemp.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Moon Flower ships only within the United States. We hope to expand international shipping in the future once regulations allow.
