All Moon Flower products contain hemp-derived cannabinoids and comply with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. It is your responsibility to understand your state and local laws before purchasing. Moon Flower is not liable for packages delayed, seized, or returned due to local restrictions.

4. Shipping
Orders are shipped from West Virginia and processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery times may vary based on location. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, Moon Flower is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email support@moonflowerhemp.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so our team can make it right.
Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Moon Flower is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend contacting your local postal office for assistance.
