The veil is thinning, the nights are lengthening, and the air carries that unmistakable hint of mystery. Moon Foodies, Spooky Season has arrived. From cozy nights in, to hauntingly good treats, this is the perfect time to embrace your inner witch and let your senses wander. Set the mood because we are about to conjure up an eerie treat and a cozy nightcap.
To begin, we are summoning a classic with a Moon Flower twist: Infused Caramelized Onion Dip. Deeply golden onions, melt into a creamy base, kissed with savory herbs, and a hint of cannabis infusion that turns this favorite into something truly bewitching. Perfect for cozy nights in, haunted movie marathons, or full moon gatherings with friends. Serve with chips, veggies, torn bread - and watch it disappear like magic.
Caramelized Onion Dip

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 medium sweet onions, halved and sliced thin
2 teaspoons Moon honey
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives (or green onions)
1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (more to taste)
Fresh cracked pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
When the butter is melted, add the onions and thyme to cook, stirring occasionally until translucent. This will take about 10 to 15 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low, drizzle over the honey, and cook, stirring occasionally. It will take the onions 30 to 40 minutes to fully caramelize.
Cool completely.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in the caramelized onions, garlic, salt, garlic powder, chives, thyme, and pepper.
Store refrigerated for up to 5 days.
All dips need a beverage accompaniment, and I have just the match. The Cozy Pumpkin Moon Margarita isn’t your average fall sip. Smooth pumpkin meets bright citrus in this autumn twist on a margarita – earthy, vibrant, and just a little unexpected…no spirits required. Fresh lime and orange juice bring a gentle tang that lifts the creamy pumpkin, while a Moon Mixer adds calm and balance to every sip.
